This launch follows a recent court order for Trump to pay nearly $355 million (£281 million) to New York state for providing false information about his property values.
As the anticipation builds for November’s US presidential election, Trump diversifies into the footwear industry with this unexpected venture.
The former president’s assets, according to Forbes evaluation late last year, stood at $2.6 billion.
As of September, he had about $426 million in cash and liquid assets, part of his $640 million in personal assets.
