Isoko youths laud WAEC’s adoption of CBT model for exams

The Isoko National Youth Assembly (INYA) has hailed the decision of the West African Examinations Council (WAEC) to migrate its examination from the “paper pencil test” to computer-based test (CBT) mode.

The group, in a statement made available to The Guardian in Asaba by its president, Eniwake Orogun, said the decision aligns with global best practices.

Besides, it noted that it supports the need to adopt technology in engineering speed and efficiency, as well as driving transparency and credibility, especially in the education sector.
