Jihadists from the Islamic State group have lost ground to Palestinian fighters in Syria's Yarmuk camp, Palestinian officials and a resident said on Tuesday.
The streets of the Syrian city of Idlib are still virtually deserted a week after its capture from government forces by Islamist rebels including fighters from Al-Qaeda affiliate Al-Nusra Front.
Islamist rebels made fresh advances Friday on the edges of Idlib city in northwest Syria, after fierce clashes that have left dozens of dead, a monitoring group said.
