You’re a disgrace to brotherhood, Portable tells Bobrisky

Controversial street-hop singer, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable or Dr Zeh, during the week shared a snippet of his new song, Brotherhood, which is believed to be a diss track for the flamboyant cross-dresser, Okuneye Idris Olanrewaju, popularly known as Bobrisky.

Trouble started after Bobrisky was named ‘Best Dressed Female’ at the premiere of the movie Beast Of Two Worlds (Ajakaju), a movie by Eniola Ajao on Sunday, March 24.

Some celebrities and fans took to social media to question the parameters used in handing Bobrisky the award. Taking words from voice notes he sent to the transgender during their fight, the Zazu hit maker taunted Bobrisky for choosing to identify as a woman.

Joining the fray, Portable slammed the organisers for selecting Borbrisky, a self-proclaimed transgender and cross-dresser, for the award over “all the fine ladies” in the movie industry. The singer also warned the transgender not to visit his neighbourhood dressed “as a woman” to avoid being “beaten”.

Responding, Bobrisky referred to Portable as “a dirty human” who he cannot associate with. The social media celebrity also warned the My way be your way crooner to let him be if he cannot identify “me as a woman”.

Piqued by the response, the music star took to social media to share a short video of the diss track. In the song, he lambasted the cross-dresser for choosing to “go under the knife to become a woman.”

Bobrisky once admitted to having severed her genitals. In 2020, (s)he revealed that (s)he opted for cross-dressing to make ends meet after 25 years of being a man. In September 2021, (s)he also talked about some of the perks (s)he enjoys being a “woman”.
